The Dough

At Society Pie, we believe that the best pizza starts with patience. Our dough is crafted with just five simple ingredients and cold-fermented for 48 to 72 hours. This slow process allows the yeast to work its magic, creating a deep, complex flavor profile and a crisp, chewy crust that is truly unforgettable.

The Sauce

The Red Sauce is made from 100% Stanislaus tomatoes and mildly seasoned with classic “old-school” ingredients to give the sauce an exceptionally vibrant flavor. Want to mix it up and try something different? Check out our other base sauces or even make it a half and half. 

The Cheese

C'mon! We don’t mess around when it comes to the cheese. We use the best 100% Mozzarella Cheese we could find. It costs us a little more but we think it’s worth it – we hope you do too!

We only use premium meats and cut our vegetables in-house daily to ensure freshness and quality!
